First sock done except icord cuff edge

When I was a kid after ice skating one day I told Mom, "I didn't fall down except once". I was a dork like that and my family still teases me to this day. I still say one breaks out their new shoes. It just doesn't make sense to break in a new pair of shoes damn it!

Well I really want to say the first sock is done but as you can see the cuff stitches are still on scrap yarn. Almost only counts in horse shoes and hand grenades.
